Appreciated our stay in this hotel. Excellent venue, all of the staff were excellant and affable, marvellous location in alley. The a double room was reasonably large, included a shower, hair dryers, and a bidet.

Conveniently located near the train station and easy to get around. Our room had all we needed like climate control, a flat-screen TV, and a fridge to keep snacks cool. 🏨

Great variety of breakfast options to choose from. Conveniently close to Kbs Suwon Center, making it easy to get around 👍. the staff here are super friendly, always ready to assist you with a smile and excellent manners.

The location of the hotel was great, it was really close to many shops and restaurants which was convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful. the room was also affordable especially during the New Year's season which was a plus.
The room was run down and looked old, with peeling paint and dirty floors. the air conditioning was loud and kept me awake most of the night, not to mention the uncomfortable beds.

We had a great time at our hotel! The best aspects were the friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, and good location with plenty of food and shopping nearby. We also appreciated the valet parking and transportation options.

The valet parking at this hotel was great! The staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. The location was perfect with lots of shopping and food options within walking distance. It was really convenient.
I had a really bad experience during my Easter stay. The room was really small and old.
